Building your dream home isn’t a straight path — it’s a choose-your-own-adventure with Plans, mood boards, and emotional highs (and the occasional low when your favourite tile is discontinued). Here’s how it all goes down:

1. The First Date
We meet. You talk, we listen. We'll ask some deep questions like “How do you live?” and “Where do your muddy boots go?”

2. Concept Design
You dream it, we help make it look amazing and possible. Happy to use our design team or a team of your choice.

3. ProCalc Estimate
We run your ideas through our estimating software and give you options so you can make informed decisions before falling in love with that $30k splashback.

4. Green Light – Consultant Time
Bushfire zones? Local council? DA required? Yep — we check all the boxes (literally). You’ll feel like a local planning expert by the end of it.

5. Documentation Station
Interior Design happens here but also this is where the consultants, engineers, and permit prep legends roll in. Not all glamorous, but absolutely essential.

6. Detailed Pricing
No more ballpark guesstimates — this is the real, polished, budget breakdown. Clarity = less stress down the road.

7. Final Tweaks
Last call for design changes. Want to upgrade the benchtop? Add that outdoor shower? Let’s lock it all in.

8. Contracts, Insurance & Permits
We make it official. Legal ducks in a row. Permit approved. You sign, we celebrate (quietly, with admin).

9. Pre-Build Prep
Safety docs? Site logistics? Our office team is in overdrive, setting the stage so your build goes off without a hitch. Think of it as the calm before the (organised) storm.

10. AND THEN….WE BREAK GROUND
Construction starts. Boots hit the ground. Saws start buzzing. Your dream becomes timber, steel, glass, concrete and sweat. It’s go time.

From here, all the decisions are made, everything is organised and you get to sit back and chill. Stefan will keep you updated daily, weekly monthly- whatever your preference. We recommend weekly.
