Bushfire requirements, local planning controls, council approvals and consultant inputs are reviewed so your project is set up properly from the start.
5. Documentation & Design Development
Design is refined and documentation begins.
Engineers, consultants and permits come together here — it’s not the glamorous part, but it’s one of the most important.
6. Detailed Pricing
This is where everything becomes clear.
You’ll receive a comprehensive, transparent cost breakdown — no ballpark figures, no surprises. Just clarity and confidence.
7. Final Design Refinements
Now’s the time to lock things in.
Any final adjustments are made before we move forward — from material upgrades to those “while we’re here” ideas.
8. Contracts, Insurance & Permits
We make it official.
Contracts are signed, insurance is in place and permits are approved — everything ready to move from planning to construction.
9. Pre-Build Preparation
Our team takes care of the details behind the scenes.
Site logistics, safety planning and scheduling are finalised so your build runs smoothly from day one.
10. Construction Begins
Boots on the ground.
This is where your home starts to take physical form — timber, steel, concrete and craftsmanship coming together on site.
From here, the big decisions are done.
